Pug of the Month
"Otto"

Ch. Full Moon's Inphamous Otto

Date of birth: June 30, 1995
Owner: Lisa Sheeran
Breeder: Marianne Herzberg-Stanley
Sire: Ch. Blaque Arnold Becker
Dam: Ch. Glory's Foxglove
Titles: CH-- AKC Champion and COMH -- Champion of My Heart
Favorite food: Anything that he can get his teeth into, but especially pupperonis and whatever we are eating.
Favorite toy: Bully sticks and anything that can be licked off a spoon.
Likes: Otto likes to cuddle close and sleep late; to chase the interloper airplanes overhead out of the yard; to act as gentle leader to his little pug family; to potty in the park nearby; to go for rides in the car and rides in his new stroller; to go for short little walks around the neighborhood when he's feeling up to it; to grumble and stretch; to have his face washed by another pug.
Dislikes: Otto hates to have his "wrinkie" cleaned; resents it when he can't come to a dog show; is distraught when we leave the house for any reason, or when another dog in the family gets to have a walk or a treat, or when he has to take a pill or get any type of medication.
Home companions: Otto is now a great grandfather and lives with three generations of progeny. There's his paramour and life-partner, Miss Kitty (Ch. Glory's Cat Dancing ROM CGC) his daughter, Jeannie (Ch. Frisco's I Dream of Jeannie), Jeannie's daughter, Maya (Am., Int'l Ch. Frisco's Meidoorn), Kitty's daughter, Nina (Ch. Frisco's D'Lightful Dancer), Jeannie's son, Toby (Frisco's Dream in Blue), and Maya's two puppy girls born October 1 ....Jackson, Terra, Nala and Kiki, the cats; Waffles, and Taco,  two ancient CA Desert Tortoises.... and a pair of noisy but sweet parakeets.

Please keep Otto in your prayers and thoughts as he is recovering from surgery he had on October 30th.
About the Owner: Lisa Sheeran lives in Hercules, CA, and has been showing and breeding pugs for ten years. She has bred six litters and finished eight pugs - two in short order from the bred-by-exhibitor class. She knew when she was nine years old that she was destined to be owned by a pug because of a recurring dream that featured a pug for some reason named "Otto". When not obsessing on pugs, Lisa is a partner in Sheeran/Jager Communication, a public relations consulting firm focused on high-tech companies and venture capital firms. She is also an avid collector of Pug Art.
