She received correspondence from Sun Maid KC thanking the
club for the Juniors’ Scholarship donation to their recent show.
Received a newsletter from the Great Lakes Pug Club and a
flyer from the Nor Cal Toy Dog Club on their up coming B match.

attached (EX#1). Susan requested
authorization for reimbursement of $20 for online filing with the Secretary of
State. Brenda moved, Donna 2nd - Board authorized.

request for Budget adjustments: a)
increase printing expenditure budget from $30 to $125; b) Public Ed. &
Equip. add expenditure budget for equipment $210.94 to cover Rally Equip.; c)
Public Ed – 1st Aid Kits, add expenditure budget of $25 for postage,

co-chair) on track, currently scheduled for Saturday December 9th. Details will be forthcoming as the year
unfolds.

Show 2006: (Lucia Torres-
Simon) Judges selected were Del Richards, for
Conformation and Jr. Showmanship, and Bob Birdwell, for Sweepstakes.
Premium list has gone in,
Virginia Flatley gave a trophy list, 20 tables were ordered, contracts were
sent to the judges, Box lunches will be offered (prepaid only), ads priced at
full page - $35 and $10 for help with ad design.
Statistician: Top 10 Pugs (Ernie Schnurpfeil, chair) no

Richards, chair) Said she has a lot of good stuff to use as trophies.
Sunshine: (Rebecca Green, chair; Doug Green, Peggy

raised at the Vallejo show. Cards have
been sent to Mark Reed & Kelly Birmingham for the loss of their pugs. Comment was made that Dennis Lauterbach
needed to be sent a card/flowers & that Peggy should send Rebecca &
Doug a card for their pug suffering with numerous mast cell tumors.
Ways & Means: (Cynthia Cool, chair) Cynthia is looking into a Holistic Dog Training Seminar & trying to coordinate time/date/place for a future presentation.
Yard/Tag Sale will be at Ohlone College 7/8, she needs donations & volunteers. Susan moved we budget $75 expense & $75 off-set for this activity/Heather 2nd.
International Cuisine Dinner/etc. – no report.

Specialty: Donnelle checked
out the San Ramon Marriott, room rate
$119, with a $75 one time non-refundable deposit. She will reserve the whole ballroom so there is a set-up similar
to San Antonio for the rings & vendors.

Decorations/Storage: Jim took
pictures of the Tropical themed stuff & Lisa will post it for sale on
Craig’s List.
Judges
Selection: Cynthia would like
volunteers to help with the selection.
