FIRST ANNUAL
  CHILI COOK-OFF    

Our first Chili Cook-Off was held Sunday, February 27, 2005 at the beautiful Hercules By the Bay Clubhouse.  Virtual margaritas (*g*) were served while mariachi music and flamenco guitars strummed amidst colorful chili pepper decorated tables.  While we were small in number, we were strong in the 7 delicious chili's entered.  It was a tough decision, but here's the final vote:

Best Overall Chili:  TIE:  Doug Green & Joanne Clark
Most Unusual Flavor: TIE:  Lucia Torres-Simon & Lisa Sheeran
Spiciest: Dennis Lauterbach
